Mrs. claire hannon- 3rd and 4th Grade

      ​My name is Claire Hannon, and I am thrilled to be joining SPI as a 3rd/4th grade teacher this year. This will be my fourth year in the teaching profession and my first year at SPI. My favorite part about teaching is getting to teach children all about God’s love.
      I earned my bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Nebraska in Seward after completing my student teaching in Orange, California. My initial teaching assignment was in Louisville, Kentucky, where I served as the third-grade teacher at Our Savior Lutheran School.
      My husband, Alex, and I have been married for nearly a year and a half. We have a 9-year-old dog named Sky. In our spare time, we enjoy watching sports, playing board and card games, spending time with friends and family, and going on road trips.

Exciting things in 3rd/4th grade: 
-learning and perfecting our multiplication and division skills
-Camp Tecumseh every other year
-Reading and discussing chapter books to compare to the movie
